For the past week, I have been trying something new in relation to reversing type 2 diabetes. It hasn’t been the easiest, but the results have been amazing!!
In fact, instead of waking up to a 200 or 300 fasting blood glucose reading, I woke up this morning to a 115!!!
This is something I will be writing a lot more about.
For now, I will just back to what I have said many times… It is about the food we eat!
A radical change
I have made a radical change to what I have been eating. And not only what I have been eating, but the way I have been eating it.
It has made a huge difference.
While I am not entirely certain that it will completely reverse type 2 diabetes, it certainly has been lowering my numbers.
I am currently in phase one of the “diet.”
I will share more in the coming days.
